How much does therapy cost ?
It is a flat rate of $120 per 60-minute session. We also provide a free 30-minute intro chat and a complimentary first 60-minute session. We want you to be confident it is the right fit without financial pressure.
Is telehealth therapy actually effective ?
Yes it is. It is proven to be just as effective as in-person sessions. Many people we work with say they are more comfortable in their own environment. This often helps them open up and progress faster. To manage loneliness this is an excellent option.
How long will this take ?
This is your personal journey. It is common for our clients to notice a significant shift after just a few sessions. Deeper issues may take longer to explore. Our focus is always on empowering you not keeping you in therapy forever.
